  • Packaging Standards: Minor packaging imperfections (such as slight shelf wear, minor corner creases, or manufacturer tape variations) are normal occurrences in retail shipping and distribution. We do not guarantee mint condition packaging unless specified in a custom listing.

  • Pre-Orders & Backorders: Pre-orders are charged at the time of order placement to secure your item. Estimated release dates provided for pre-order items are estimates supplied by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to delays beyond our control.

4. Payments & Security

All transactions are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (including Square and PayPal). Route 66 Collectibles, LLC does not store full credit card information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping: Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout. Route 66 Collectibles, LLC is not liable for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or lost/stolen packages once delivered to the carrier, though we will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.
