Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Photos are manufacturer stock images showing the item in new condition. All products are brand new in their original box unless explicitly labeled as:

  • OOAK (One-of-a-Kind)
  • OOB (Out-of-Box)
  • Exact Item (Photos display the actual item you will receive)
Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you created an account, all of your orders and receipts are saved under your account profile. Simply click MY ACCOUNT at the top of any page to view your order history.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

It depends on availability! Because many of our collectible items are extremely rare or limited editions, we cannot guarantee that an out-of-stock item will be restocked. However, you can join the waitlist on the product page—this helps us see how many customers are interested and lets us know if we should try to source more.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship directly to all addresses within the United States. For international orders, please visit our eBay Store, where global shipping is available.
